  • food allergies and gastrointestinal issues;
  • food intolerance (do have additional results from a blood test);
  • favorite and unwanted food, according to your taste;
  • are you willing to assist your nutrition/recovery with supplements;
  • describe your typical day (when do you train, how many times and when do you eat, how much and when do you sleep).
